Introduction

Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 73bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website at https://73bd.vip and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live casino, crash games, slot games, and all related features and functionalities offered on the Platform.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the services provided by 73bd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. Eligibility

Intellectual Property

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability for consequential damages is not permitted, 73bd's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Actions

Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

Where an account is closed by 73bd due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. Where an account is closed at the user's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.
